Who are we?

Welcome to Fostering Matters, Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to supporting foster parents in Davidson, Forsyth, and Guilford counties. We are more than just a foster parent support group; we are a community committed to providing invaluable resources, trauma training, and a supportive network to those opening their hearts and homes to foster children. Through our tailored resources and trauma-informed training, we strive to empower foster parents and enhance the lives of children in care.

Fostering Matters comes from a sense of need tied to personal experience. I feel confident Tisha and Fostering Matters is and will be a voice of change, and a place of hope in those changes. The organization wants to hear from foster parents and to help them find help and hope in the ever changing moments of foster care. She will work for them to help, encourage, and work for avenues to make foster care easier for everyone who joins with her in this mission.

I believe that this business is doing really good for what it stands for and the President/ Founder/CEO of this business has put a lot of work, effort, and dedication into this business. She puts others first and supports them to let them know that they are not alone in this journey.
